Purchased a new Rexton Ultimate from this dealership a few months ago. A few months later the car has major mechanical issues with a 2 month time frame to repair. We bought a Ssangyong Musso in November 2024. Overall pretty happy with the experience. Our car just broke down yesterday on the city link freeway and we had to get it towed. Very disappointed as it is only 3 months old! When I called Ssangyong Berwick to ask if they could help us out with a loan car I was told that all of them were unavailable and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing given the situation
