Always a pleasure coming here even for a dentist visit. The team is incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely care about your comfort and wellbeing. Everything is always explained clearly and all options are discussed. Never feel rushed or judged. They go out of their way to make each visit stress feee as possible. Kids don’t ever complain about going here. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist who puts their patients first.

They call you several times without leaving voice messages. They cancelled my appt without any confirmation call, email or text to let me know. Just a bit unprofessional and inconsiderate turn up and find out they cancelled on you without any communication. They also have a $100 cancellation policy which seems over the top for me.
Such a frustrating experience. Took my daughter for her dental check up but the payment process took longer than the cleaning appointment. While answering multiple phone calls, the receptionist (also appear to be the owner) charged the wrong code and had to revert that charge. After spending 15 min of waiting, I was then told that the health fund no longer online and I had to pay then claim it back from my private insurance. I offered to go back later when it is available online but was told there is no guarantee she can get... read more
I was fitted in with Dr AB Shaw with a broken front tooth. I am a very nervous patient and he was sooo reassuring. He is the most caring and clever Dentist i have met and explains everything in detail. The Dental Nurses are lovely and friendly and Receptionist Jo is fantastic. I would recommend this Practice to everyone.
