The service is great. I was a bit worried about going to the dentist. I hadn’t been for a while. They have looked after me. I had to have a few teeth out and a few fillings. I have had no issues. I recommend Berwick Smiles. The receptionist's Jo and Dr Somali are very lovely.
Very lovely experience at Berwick Smiles! The staff members were friendly and professional at all times, making my experience right from the arrival to the end of procedures totally at ease. Very meticulous the dentist was, explaining every action and any question I would throw out- just made sure I was not burdening with any of them. Well cleaned, modern, and nicely maintained premises. I feel well after treatments, and I will inform all my friends and relatives too. Indeed, a 5 Star Services
I was fitted in with Dr AB Shaw with a broken front tooth. I am a very nervous patient and he was sooo reassuring. He is the most caring and clever Dentist i have met and explains everything in detail. The Dental Nurses are lovely and friendly and Receptionist Jo is fantastic. I would recommend this Practice to everyone.
We have been going to Berwick Smiles for the last 10 years. They have always been courteous, caring and very professional. My children aged 14 and 16 now go twice a year for check ups. My son had his 4 wisdom teeth extracted on the 20/1/25 by Aldujaili Amar and nurse in their wonderful new suite at Parkhill Shops, Berwick.
