I had a lovely session with Rebecca and have appreciated the hypnotherapy session very much. Having a recording means I can listen to it whenever I want and it is helping me calm down and be less anxious.
Their online booking system adds appointments you didn’t book, happened a couple of times and after notifying them they cancelled the extra appointment. The one time I didn’t they blamed me for making an extra appointment for the day before my actual appointment and wanted me to pay a cancellation fee as I couldn’t attend, then wanted me to do a Telehealth appointment for the day I hadn’t scheduled and I didn’t have time for. Worked it out in the end but won’t be going back. Not the place if you want empathy and support.
I saw Steve and had a hypnosis session, didn't know what to expect but it was really good and helped a heap with my anxiety and panic attacks. I have only needed one session so far as the first session was super helpful.
ALL my life I have been a comfort / emotional eater yoyo dieter,i have tried meds , injections, all diets Jenny Craig , Gloria Marshall, Weight Watchers, and diet shakes, they all work at first, but it doesn't last .... and due to my health issues gastric surgery isnt an option for me.A family member suggested this practice and I have nothing but praise for Steve Carey the Hypnotist and the staff at Berwick Psychology & Hypnosis, I was very nervous but was made to feel at ease on my 1st visit, the atmosphere is very calming ... read more
