This is primarily a Tesla repair venue, so if you have another type of car, you may feel less connected. My experience with customer service to get a quote was cold and process driven. The worksite is grand and pushed premium concepts but ended up being cold and disconnected. Maybe think about a wider target market as things impact your preferred Brand?
Fixed up my Model Y bumper after it was scratched up by another driver. Sam was amazing to deal with. Kept me informed through out the process with automated text messages every time the repair moved to a different stage (car stripped - prep for paint - paint complete - reassembled - ready for pickup) so I was not left guessing how long till pickup. Haven’t seen this before from a repair shop. Highly recommend this business. Best wishes to the team!
