Daylight robbery. Quoted me $4000 for a surface level scratch on my boot (and quoted ‘removing mud flaps’ and other unnecessary parts for it also) when I’ve gotten other quotes for $1000 for the same work. Hardly can recommend.
Extremely disappointed with Berwick Prestige Auto. I took my car in for a repair that should never have taken this long — it was only a door that was affected, and the car was completely drivable. I was told it would be ready within a week, yet it dragged out to almost a month. Every time I called for an update, I was given another excuse and told it would be “ready soon,” but the date just kept getting pushed back. So confusing that they chose a business name that’s actually already exists and is actually located in Berwick
