The whole process has been very poor (Mainly the admin side) . Firstly three - four emails requesting an appointment. Finally I rang to find out we had never been a customer which we definitely have been, we had the controller replaced which the tech didn’t re program so nothing actually functioning as it should. The team were fantastic . My pool pump broke and needed a replacement urgently . They come with great attitudes and were able to sort out within an hour . Josh and Jake were friendly and got the job done . Thank you Berwick pool shop .
