Jake came out really quickly to help me get rid of a lot of excess aggregate concrete that washed into my pool. Did a great job problem fixed well done.
Jake has been maintaining my pool for the past few months and always does an amazing job. The pool always looks amazing each time he's been and I never have to think about what chemicals need adding. Highly recommended!
The whole process has been very poor (Mainly the admin side) . Firstly three - four emails requesting an appointment. Finally I rang to find out we had never been a customer which we definitely have been, we had the controller replaced which the tech didn’t re program so nothing actually functioning as it should. The team were fantastic . My pool pump broke and needed a replacement urgently . They come with great attitudes and were able to sort out within an hour . Josh and Jake were friendly and got the job done . Thank you Berwick pool shop .
