Fantastic service. I've had chronic pain for years. I've tried many therapies, but nothing is as effective as Osteopathy. Berwick Osteopathy is definitely a great place to go. They are very sympathetic to my pain and very respectful to my other medical conditions. LGBT+ friendly too. Reception very friendly and helpful. They're very good on calling if someone calls in sick and moving an appointment, and very good at answering the phone if I need to move an appointment. Appointment booked in for 2pm. Arrived early, filled forms and waited 15 -20 mins - response from receptionist as no one is available to talk to me and the health professional is busy. When I asked that I wish to speak to management I got told nobody is available. I haven't come across an unprofessional practice as this who completely disregard a patients time that they take out from their busy work schedule and drive 30 minutes to this Clinic for . Avoid this place and try somewhere else .
I have been to many places before coming here and I am confident to say this place is the best. I have been dealing with persistent back pain for years now. Martin was amazing and very detailed, After a few sessions i noticed singicant reduction in pain. The whole experience was professional, welcoming and effective. I highly recommend this place. Excellent service. Ive been coming here for years for a variety of spinal and muscular skeletal issues. This was my first osteotherapy experience and everyone has been great. Michael and Marty are awesome and have helped me through several months of debilitating issues. A big thank you to those gents. As with any service, the price is a consideration but it is certainly worth it. I always feel improvement after each session and its helped me manage my ailments better as they flare up.
