Tim was very helpful and cannot fault the service.
I drive bmw x1 and I found major mechanical problems which is related to engine and one of my friend recommended me to go this place and Chris looked after my car very well and I was highly satisfied with the service, I strongly recommend to everyone this place, especially if you are driving bmw..once again thank you Mr Chris and your team.
Engine light was one, took it in for a service they didn’t even want to do the service as the engine was deemed “too gone” and was told it needed replacing, was quoted nearly 10k for a new one.. to then take it for a second opinion and the car to be fine..all that was wrong was the oil filter was broken and needed replacing and an overdue service! That quote, is absolutely insane, and my last car, had the same diagnosis and I got rid of the car, now I’m second guessing if I even needed to..
Have been coming here for a few years now, as has all of my family. Great people, great service. Highly recommended.
