I used to love my car, but my experience with the service department at Berwick Mitsubishi over a clutch replacement has completely ruined the ownership experience. I was disappointed with the communication during my recent service. I wasn’t kept informed about the progress of my car, and updates were only provided when I followed up myself. I have been offered Uber pick up service , where the company can clearly track my location while on way to pick up. I needed my car for Airport pick and all my plans were changed and need to book an uber my self back home. Very disappointed with the service booking experience at Berwick Mitsubishi Service Centre. When we initially called to book our service, the appointment was scheduled for Saturday and the date and time were confirmed over the phone. Closer to the date, we called the office to confirm the booking since no confirmation had come through. At that point we were told they couldn’t find any record of our booking at all. Dissatisfied that Mitsubishi only offer a 5km one way uber and no pick up drop off provision. So I was left to walk the extra 2.7km home and pay for my own uber back. Long wait to drop off and pick up. Car doesn't get washed. I check Mitsubishi Knox and found they wash all cars so I will go there next time. Staff were pleasant.
