Chris the used car manager was an absolute gentlemen to deal with. No pressure selling happy to have a chat and not what you would expect a Used Car Sales Manager to be like. His Sales Consultant Daniel was absolutely terrific as well. Defiantly recommend visiting the guys at Berwick Kia Used Department if your looking for a late model used car at a competitive price.
Berwick Kia was my choice, after visiting many Used car yards. Sales Manager Chris was exceptional. He listened to me, had a high level of professionalism and product knowledge. Not easy buying a car, and Chris made it memorable, for all the right reasons. I have since recommended, 2 customers to use Chris's fantastic service!!
I went in on Saturday and was looked after by Chris, the Used Car Manager. Chris was great to deal with and answered all my questions. Bought the Tucson half an an hour later and picked it up the following Tuesday. Couldn’t have been smoother. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone. Cheers.
Didn’t have a great experience with Chris at this dealership he kept walking off mid covo and creating unnecessary urgency saying a customer is going to place a deposit even through we book a test drive before arriving. Didn’t even give us his number after the test drive when asking he just walked off even though we were interested. Could have been an easy sale for him.
Daniel at Berwick Kia was very easy to deal with and made the whole process of buying a car and trading mine in very seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A very stress free experience for a first car buyer.
