Calling them 4 times yesterday no one answered. Called them today and a lady answered with an altitude and she put me through to Service been ringing for five minutes no one picked up! Not good enough. It’s was better before now price went all the way up, and it’s getting the worst especially the customer service.
I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had today as a first-time car owner in Australia. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. For a company that promotes itself as having a 5-star reputation, my experience suggests otherwise. ‼️OWNER PLEASE READ BELOW‼️ Today I visited Berwick Jeep with my sister to pick up her first car. Needless to say, it was beyond disappointing experience. What should have been an exciting day turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor communication and unprofessional behaviour from multiple staff members.
