‼️OWNER PLEASE READ BELOW‼️ Today I visited Berwick Jeep with my sister to pick up her first car. Needless to say, it was beyond disappointing experience. What should have been an exciting day turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor communication and unprofessional behaviour from multiple staff members. Good car, good service received from Jagadish.
I had the most amazing experience with Asim Raval. He took care to explain what was going to be done in my service, worked with me on the best options for my tyre replacements, and took the time to explain what was done on my Jeep at the end of the service and what the follow on activities would be. He made it a point to keep me posted on the developments and actions over the two days that my car was in for a service. Thanks Asim for all the care!
