Helped me finance my 6th car, a Grand Cherokee, and of course I’m telling everyone it’s a Trackhawk because why be honest when you can have fun? Staff were super helpful, the process was easy, and I left grinning from ear to ear. Can’t wait to take it out for a spin and enjoy all the “Trackhawk” compliments.

Revised review after acouple of good years - What was once a good dealership/service centre is overrun with people who have no people or communication skills. It seems like GWM has taken over there and the customer service is on par with the sub standard, under 40k peices of crap they have on the lot. Trying to get hold of someone up the food chain is near impossible. Will never return there after the last fiasco. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Jeep Berwick. My vehicle has been with them for almost a week now, and it still hasn’t been fixed. The entire experience has been nothing but frustrating. My Jeep is still under warranty and it’s only 2 years old, yet the level of service I’ve received has been absolutely awful. had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I was overcharged for work that didn’t need to be done, and they added a bunch of unnecessary checks without explaining or asking first. What should have been a simple service turned into an inflated bill that felt dishonest.and charging me $1993 for nothing just for normal service
