If only I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with Jeep service. I raised a rear differential issue back in July 2025. Each time, it felt like the fault codes were simply cleared rather than properly investigated. Mind you, my car was still under manufacturers warranty. Very poor service and unable to complete warranty. Has been waiting for 18 months now. Each time when we call they look in to the computer system and says “ oh.. parts not yet arrived “. Very unprofessional attitude and behaviour.

I purchased my car five years ago, and within the first year of ownership my main car key broke. I notified Berwick Jeep and was told a replacement key was being made and sent from overseas. After repeatedly following up, this replacement took three years to arrive. I later found out the key was simply made in house, nothing was sent from overseas. Helped me finance my 6th car, a Grand Cherokee, and of course I’m telling everyone it’s a Trackhawk because why be honest when you can have fun? Staff were super helpful, the process was easy, and I left grinning from ear to ear. Can’t wait to take it out for a spin and enjoy all the “Trackhawk” compliments.
