This automotive dealership is part of the ASG business and is the JLR Jaguar dealership for the Berwick/ Cardinia area The staff in person are very helpful and the workshop is second to none. I take my vehicle there for all it's servicing and mechanical issues. The only problem I do find with this organisation is phone calls and email responses. Very tardy.
The lack of customer service and increase in prices for car services was disappointing...even when I was looking at other cars no one bothered to even check if I was interested
What a wonderful experience! From the first inquiring phone call all the way to delivery, Lockie was awesome and gave a great buying experience. We all want to feel like we are haggling for a good deal and Lockie made us feel just that. He made the purchase experience fun and easy. Extremely happy with the service we received, definitely recommend you check out Berwick jaguar for your next purchase
