Staff is very gud
The Berwick Hyundai Servive Department is the absolute BEST i the game.. I have had to do with many vehicles including Volvo, Ford, Kia and Toyota and Berwick Hyundai Service Department is absolutely professional, excellent at communicating and Amy indeed ,goes out of her way to be extremely professional, friendly and at the top of her game every time, just an awesome Service advisor. Incredibly disappointing experience with these guys recently. Their staff lied to me. Hyundai engines are known to be faulty (Google “Hyundai Class Action”) yet they don’t take any responsibility when their engines fail. Take your car somewhere else.
