Doctor and nurses on duty the evening I visited the ER were phenomenal!! I call back a week later to find out something I was unsure of and the "gentleman" in the ER department I was transferred to that I was speaking with hung up on me and slammed the phone in my ear!! I called back to speak with the nursing supervisor and TINA hung up on me as well. They are ABSOLUTELY USELESS when it comes to phone conversations and customer service!!
