Very unpleasant experience at the Berwick dealership. The sales rep, Jagdeesh, refused to let me test drive the Tank 300 because I mentioned I was comparing prices between dealerships. Apparently, if you’re shopping around for the best deal, you can’t test drive the car. If they’re this fussy about a simple test drive, it makes me wonder how helpful they’d be if you actually bought a car from them and had a genuine issue later.

I bought a Haval Jolion Lux for my sibling from Jagdish, who we found an exceptional salesman, Jag is a talented person who knows how to deal with customers. The whole purchase was smooth as much as he promised us a full tank of fuel on the purchase day which we will get on our first 1000KM service very soon.

I bought my car last year 2025 GWM H6 PETROL from Berwick gwm. First car was looking fine and soon after buying I notice engine oil leak. I reported to the dealer and dealer checked and found no leak. After an awhile oil was still keep leaking and I took it to the dealership again they finally found a leak and ordered the product which took more than 6 weeks to arrive from overseas. This one star is really for the salesman Alex who was great and very helpful. If it wasn’t for him, it would be no stars. The exceptionally disgusting customer service from the finance person, to the principal dealer makes me wonder how they’re still in business. While there is a whole lot more to say, here are my 2 biggest grievances. The finance person sent an invoice with the incorrect amount owning - less than what we actually owed. I am very disappointed with my recent service experience. My vehicle was due for its 55,000 km service in August, but it took three weeks to secure an appointment. During the booking, I was quoted approximately $400, but when I dropped the vehicle off, I was told the service would cost $700 because the odometer had reached 59,000 km.
