Sales was good with my new Jolion however the service department is terrible. Tried to book 1st 1,000km inspection and told no appointments for over 3 weeks and can't drop car off after 10:30am. Absolutely terrible service and flexibility on a reasonably quick 1st service that is not needed for an entire day.

I have purchased my GWM Haval Hybrid H6 from Berwick showroom after few consultations with Asst. Sales Manager Jagadish Javaraiah. He did a marvellous job and convinced me to go with GWM,leaving all the brands aside. His friendliness apart from professionalism on the subject was outclassed and am really impressed.
We drove quite far to come here and look at a few models. Once we agreed on the model with the sales person we sat down to figure out a price. It came back at $49,800 or there about. This was a figure we also agreed on verbally for the vehicle (with the spec and equipment we wanted). I signed the first few pages on the contract however the sales person then said they would have to speak to their manager and quickly changed the price to $55k.
