a reluctant review. after many attempts for a test drive their vehicles, i had no choice to go elsewhere. perhaps they have no cars to actually sell.
I purchased a GWM before Christmas through a second hand dealer. It is still under New Car Warrantee. I have been having issues with it that was thought be be fixed through where i purchased it from but 3 weeks later i am having the same issues leaving the car undrivable. The place where i purchased it from have been fantastic but suggested i take it into GWM as they will be more experienced in being able to diagnose the problem and being still under warranty it may be best (even offering me a car to use in the meantime). Tried calling 6 times today not once was the phone answered. Left messages no one called back. What appalling service can't even book my car in for a service will be taking it elsewhere.
I had my cannon service from GWM Berwick recently. I booked for the service on 11Dec that time my car km was 42000. They give me an appointment for 16/1/26. On 16/1/26 my car odometer is 45000km. When they sell this vehicle to me that time they said we charge cap price service that one was $360 according to them, but they charges me today $430 for the service. Horrible reception! Called several times, each time they ask me to hold the line immediately as if we have nothing to do just to wait for them!! Has been waiting over 20min on the phone until it cut off/ ended by itself! Trying to book service to fix their stupid car which has been non-other than problems!! Pls don't bring these cars to the country if you aren't able to fix them!!!
