Good customer service
This dealer is extremely busy and doesn’t have the time to do it right by customers. The service manager is rude and arrogant who makes the statement for a towed in vehicle that they’ve taken out the time for the vehicle even though they are booked in for the next 8 months, and that justifies them keeping the vehicle for 5 business days without any update to the customer. Fortunately my car is under warranty; I fear what level of service this dealer provides to customers when the warranty expires?
Rude and unhelpful staff at the service centre.
The whole process of purchasing my new car has been 11/10! David has been amazing from start to finish and once at the dealership, Andy was great too making the trade in and purchase such a smooth process! Truely wonderful guy! Thank you
