Been kicking our butts on a 2x6 week challenge and about to start a 3rd round for our football club on thursday nights and its been super challenging and rewarding! The trainers push us and are supportive at the same time! Highly suggest giving it a go!

Berwick Fitness Factory is a great place to train very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I started here 18 months ago, not too much into strength training however have made massive improvements with a supportive nature from the BFF team. Would recommend to anyone that lives in the area.
Haven’t been to many gyms to compare and write a review. But i guess sometimes you don’t need to compare when you are satisfied from day one you have step foot into this gym 😊. Thanks Jess and Dom.
