Berwick Fitness Factory is a great place to train very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I started here 18 months ago, not too much into strength training however have made massive improvements with a supportive nature from the BFF team. Would recommend to anyone that lives in the area.
Haven’t been to many gyms to compare and write a review. But i guess sometimes you don’t need to compare when you are satisfied from day one you have step foot into this gym 😊. Thanks Jess and Dom.
I cannot find the words to truly say how grateful I am that I joined bff.. I’m working hard and getting fantastic results whilst feeling like I am part of a family.. everyone is ready to give a helping hand and is genuinely interested in what you have going on.. I have NEVER felt out of place or judged for my ability..BFF is truly a safe space and one I’ll be going to for years to come.. Jess Dom and the rest of the BFF team I can’t thank you enough
