Great vibes, amazing staff, and I love that I can focus on my workout knowing my kid is entertained. Pretty sure he’s already stronger than me with those Hulk gloves!
A friendly gym with great class sizes, great supervision and guidance. You can train at your own pass and the workouts are never boring, always changing and challenging. Also I can bring my son if I need to and that’s a game changer for me.
This place has been amazing for me. I have a 2 year old that I need to bring with me and they have a large fenced area for my child to play. The bonus is she can see me while I do my workout. Each session pushes me with the skills and sets, however there is more than enough staff to help you with technique which is what I need. This gym is very inclusive and super friendly with many opportunities to join in extra events, have measurements and nutrition support. I never thought I’d be a gym person but I love it here.
I joined BFF when 3 months post partum to try and improve my strength and fitness post birth of my daughter! 8 weeks in and I am absolutely loving it!! Not only am I starting to feel stronger I have also met some amazing people along the way! Best part ….. I can take my 5 month old baby with me! Push the pram round to each station with me and she naps whilst I squat ……. Perfect set up!!! Thanks Jess and Dom you are awesome!!!!
Awesome Gym, Very accommodating and helpful. The owners are amazing people and take good care of their customers! Couldn't recommend BFF more 11/10!!!
