Not happy day I have been coming to this clinic for over 25 years and my doctor can’t just ring me to have a chat about some test that are coming back to her - just a number
Doctors here obviously can’t read or write. Dr Venuri Mutucumarana sent me to get an ultrasound, said I could get surgery to fix the problem. Went to see the surgeon, he said she read the ultrasound wrong and it was a waste of time. What are we paying these useless doctors for?
Dr Sonali is brilliant, patient and always takes her time to listen to your concerns.
We absolutely adore Dr Payne and her amazing team, they have been such a blessing to our family. We have been with the clinic for about 25 years now. The doctors are all very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and warm; all genuinely wanting to help and support. Beautiful, friendly and caring reception staff also.Thank you so much to you all; I am so greatful.
At 9am 28 Nov22, I asked for help for my visiting sister who has bowel and ovarian cancer. The rude receptionist just cut me off and said NO! I will NEVER waste my money at this clinic again. Rude and arrogant
