Extremely disappointed, my wife had to bring in her 90 year old frail father to get his prescriptions refilled. They waited nearly an hour to see the Dr Sonali, she eventually came out and said what prescriptions he need and told my wife that she would send them to her phone. That was really poor effort on the doctors behalf, couldn't she have come out sooner and told my wife? Excuse was the computers went down, but that was only 5 mins before she came out.
Not happy day I have been coming to this clinic for over 25 years and my doctor can’t just ring me to have a chat about some test that are coming back to her - just a number
Doctors here obviously can’t read or write. Dr Venuri Mutucumarana sent me to get an ultrasound, said I could get surgery to fix the problem. Went to see the surgeon, he said she read the ultrasound wrong and it was a waste of time. What are we paying these useless doctors for?
