I've been a patient for at least 10 years. Dr. Brad has always been very attentive and efficient. My only complaint is the wait. His assistant Victoria is great as well.
might as well go to the walk-in or the hospital, you'll get in faster and get the care you actually need. They don't respond even within the 3 days they are open. They're disrespectful to patients on maine-care and children with disabilities. My son has been a patient for a short period of time and its been a nightmare. Will be switching doctors immediately.
This is the worst doctors I've ever had. My son and I started going here the beginning of this year and it's been nothing but annoying and frustrating. First of all they are only open 3 days a week so you'd think durring those 3 days they would return phone calls from their patience or at least answer when they are open. NOPE! whenever I leave a message I don't get a call back and if they do answer and we get an apt we show up and the doors are locked with no one inside. That has happened 3 times.
