After having an appointment for months due to them being backed up, took the day off from work to go. I received a call 55 minutes before the appointment at 9 AM to be informed that the dentist, Dr. Steadman is apparently not in office today. I understand things happen, but why wait until within the hour to cancel and reschedule a month later, I believe that they could have reached out anytime before this. Update: Dr. Justin just pulled a wisdom tooth, entire process pain free!!! They have the best staff, and the best Doctor, I’m pretty sure, in the world!!! They really need to give this man a raise!! I needed a root canal, and had some fear, due to some painful experiences at previous dentists. Most places were booking 3-10 weeks out. The best experience you could have getting a tooth pulled lol I very much appreciate Dr Justin’s no nonsense approach and professional attitude.
Called for an emergency with a broken tooth, was able to get in same day, super fast & very friendly staff! Highly recommend to anyone & everyone!
My review is based solely on the administrative staff, not the dental team. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front office have been consistently frustrating. I recently received a text message stating that I had a balance owing on my account which needed to be paid before my upcoming appointment.
