Very high quality of service. Everything well explained before, during and after the procedures.
Never got the chance to come into the clinic. I was referred to this clinic for severe tooth pain and sensitivity the booking I got was 1.5 months in advance they called me 2 weeks before the appointment to reschedule it for a further week and a half due to the dentist leaving early on that day. They then called me again another week later to push the appointment out another 3 weeks on top of that as that dentist was closing the clinic completely on the new booking date. Very supportive clinic
I had a great experience with Dr Frances. They got me in for an urgent appointment due to the level of pain I was in. Dr Frances was knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything well and explained all costs prior to treatment. All reception staff and dental nurse were friendly and pleasant. I couldn't recommend Dr Frances and his team highly enough!
