I had a great experience with Dr Frances. They got me in for an urgent appointment due to the level of pain I was in. Dr Frances was knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything well and explained all costs prior to treatment. All reception staff and dental nurse were friendly and pleasant. I couldn't recommend Dr Frances and his team highly enough!
I had a root canal that needed re-doing. I was referred by my dentist as it was quite a difficult case. Francis was absolutely fantastic and explained the process throughly before starting treatment. Steph was also amazing, she followed up consistently and always answered any of my questions. Thanks so much!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Alan Zhang, Shannon (assistant) and the entire team at Berwick Endodontics for the compassion and care they showed me during one of the most painful experiences of my life.
