Super amazing crap ! they took absolutely no care of my little man. Constantly cancelling our appointments and then telling me that they could do the extraction week after week Waiting wasting my time and money Very disappointed, it might look flashy but thats the bottom line I’m so impressed with the location and the dental clinic is super clean neat and tidy.
We had an amazing experience, it was my daughter's first time at the dentist and it went so well. Our dentist was so kind and incredibly good with children and anyone nervous about being in the chair. We will absolutely be coming back.
Always super well looked after! Communication before appts is great and communication after appts is even better, always checking on their patients afterwards. So thankful for the wonderful staff!
Had a really great experience. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Samuel and he was really lovely, attentive and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I felt like I was in really good hands, which meant a lot after having some not-so-great experiences elsewhere. No complaints at all and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future dental needs.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Berwick Dental Clinic & Surgery highly enough. From my very first appointment, the whole experience has been exceptional. I was particularly impressed with Jorja, the Treatment Coordinator, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She is incredibly professional, responsive, organised and genuinely caring.
