Update: I went back and forth with posting this update due to the YMCA threatening to sue me but I don’t want any other parent/worker to face what I faced today. On 01/24/2020 I met with Camille Laubach ‘Associate Executive’ and Michael Reigel ‘Youth Education director” to discuss the matter that took place on 01/20/20. I love this place and I’m looking forward to easing back in to my routine after an injury. Can’t wait!!!
We have a Y membership in Albuquerque, New Mexico and were in Bloomsburg visiting family, so we took our 4 & 5 yr old boys to the pool at the Berwick YMCA and everyone there was super friendly and accommodating! And the pool is fantastic with lanes for lap swimming and a large section with a beach entrance and a hoop and balls. They also have a large bin with life vests and arm floaties for kids. And the life guard lady was really nice!! We definitely recommend the Berwick Y!!
The Berwick YMCA is a great place for families! There is something for everyone!
