wow i am amazed at how great this place is.Every time i go, i leave happy. the food is great. i love playing with the pizza dough!!!
This is by far one of the best Pizza Restaurant in our area. Fresh ingredients, thin crust, delicious warm bread with oil dip is always served. My children love it and the price is just right!
I called the restaurant at 6:20 pm requesting a reservation for 8 people. I was told that reservations were not taken, however they would gladly put my name on the queue list. Well I did and said that I could come by 7:00 pm. Walked in at 7:00 pm and there was a big line. went up to the counter and saw that my name was on the list. Saw that names before and after mine were scratched - indicating that these folks were already seated. No pager as they were all given out. Told that it would take 20-30 mins. Accomodated a large party with absolutel no fuss - food was wonderful - simple italian menu but done very well indeed. Service was friendly, and very kid friendly.
the restaurant was very poorly run,,complete chaos,,,but our server KAILAN WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOY,VERY ACCOMODATING,EAGER TO SUGGEST SUBSTITUTES FOR WHAT THE HAS RUN OUT OF SHE THE REST. GETS 2STARS BUT KAILAN GETS6 STARS
I love Bertucci's. Nice atmosphere, family friendly but also fun for a date night. Great rolls while you wait. Love the unique pizzas.
You can get pizza, pasta, panni and dessert. Yum. Complimentary salad and rolls are provided and are a nice start - espicially when the kitchen is backed up and your meal takes a loooonnngggg time. Waiters can also disappear for long periods of time and you may have to flag down the manager to finally get your check. Food is great though.
pizza is the best, and their service is the bestlocated in the mall
The food wasn't worth the money spent to pay for it. Also, it is a little pricey.
