Good food and good times.
I've never had a bad experience at this place. The staff has always been super friendly and the food has always been excellent. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.
Let me start off by saying that when my husband and I walked we were not greeted with a smile or even a hello. First thing the very unpleasant lady said as she was walking away was that someone would be with us in a second. Finally after being seated this lady who had on a sweat shirt on with a very undesirable demeanor was our waitress. Bad food, bad service, overcrowded, unpleasant, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Do not recommend.
Never had an issue with this place. Good food.
I made reservations for two a week in advance and called ahead of time to let them know I would be five minutes late, yet my date and I were seated next to the emergency exit. The service was good, but the cheese cake tasted like a stick of an oil based butter.
Food and service are both poor at this restaurant. The service is slow and the servers are unknowledgable about the food they serve. Food is just as bad. Poor management.
we've been going to the bertuccis on rt. 24 for a while now. we always ask for a certain server (Justin) but most of the time he has a full section. we have tried other servers and they all give superior service. we reccomend with two thumbs up!
