Really bad management no help at all had to wait an hour for my food
Best calzone. Great bar service.
Bartender was super nice and attentive. Food was good minus the pizza wasn't turned in the oven so half the crust was burnt. The price on the other hand is ridiculous! $17 for a glass of wine when you can buy the bottle for cheaper.
July 19th v. bad service…food was ordered and confirmed at 11:20am for a 12:00pm pick up…cold pizza was handed to me at 12:15 and the rest of the order was handed to me at 12:40…the waitstaff’s response was I am not in charge of the kitchen…typical post COVID service…we will not order from Bertucci’s again
Service was awful from the moment we walked in. Waited forever for our drinks after being told no white wine. Workers were just standing around doing nothing at front desk. Waited about 50 minutes for our food. Pizza arrived over cooked and my husbands calzone was literally cold and raw. Many tables were dirty…un-bus’s We used to like Bertuccis but this was gross. Is anyone in charge there??
