Be prepared to wait for 15 minutes if you order a pick-up for lunch. I was in a rush so I placed my order and paid online. When I got there, I saw my order is ready on the shelves. There are two servers working at that time. One of them is taking a table order, and the other one wasn’t doing anything, just walking around. She saw me but chose to ignore. Handing out my order to me only takes two second. But noooo…they prefer the customers to stand around waiting for their mercy! This is too much! And it’s not the first time.
First time here, awesome food amazing service, fantastic price , Sam was our server was extremely hospitable and very detail oriented we will be back with friends
They had a nice special so we ventured back to Bertuccis Wilmington after a 15 year absence. The food was solid for a chain Italian restaurant, the staff was excellent. While the staff was stretched due to the special for the night, they were attentive and timely. Special shout out to our server (and assistant manager) Nellie.
Awesome lunch spot but even more so when Sam G is working. She will make you want for nothing
