The entire Bertsch/Allied group were fantastic! From our first contact with Anna and then with Kam and the rest of the team, the entire process of moving from Oregon to DC -which included our things being stored in Oregon for several weeks while we found housing on the delivery side- was frankly a breeze - and believe me I had interviewed many moving companies and I expected nothing but problems- Anna walked us through the process, was ALWAYS available to answer out questions, got us accurate pick up and drop off information... read more

The estimator straight up lied to my face saying that Allied doesn't use outside contractors and wouldn't you know it they had contractors come out 10 hours late to pick up our stuff. It's been 1 week since we were supposed to receive our household goods and they can't find our stuff. The shipment tracking on their website lists our shipment location as N/A, and our move "coordinator" won't answer the phone and rarely answers emails.

We have amazing crews who always seem to impress me and the people we deal with. Pulled off a one day move that should have been two days when we were informed the elevator was not operational. The guys buckled down and worked hard. It is very appreciated...
