We contacted to see if we were approved, we were looking to get a king size mattresses. We were told we were approved only to call back today, found out that they supposedly contacted people we never gave information for, was told my deceased parents were called. They were very rude . Some one used my name etc and for Berts to be down right rude is not right. Everything they claim is false. They are being reported to the BBB as well. After seeing some other bad reviews, I'm glad we won't be dealing with them.
