Do not take anything to this scam of a business. We dropped off our snowblower for a repair, We were charged an upfront cost to "diagnose the issue". We were hesitant as we already knew the issue and just needed that repaired. We paid anyway and left it with them. They would not return any phone calls for over 2 week, anytime we went to the location during posted business hours, the lights were off and the doors were locked. They check make of your machine first then point out that you`d get better service from them if you had bought your machine from them .. (strike 1) Dropping it off because they said they`d pick it up and it had been a month and half waiting already which seemed to make them feel ripped off for the pick up charge and they pointed out will be delivering it and charging me .. Useless unless you're repairing a product that they sell and need service for it
Very expensive parts
I brought two concrete saws in for repair. The technician told me both needed new carburettors and filters, and the cost would be $700 each. I declined the repair, but he said I still had to pay $180 per saw just for inspection. I paid it. When I picked up the saws, both were returned to me completely disassembled. While reassembling them at home, I discovered missing fasteners.
