Would be nice if Google maps hours of operation was updated so people don't rearrange their day, drive out...to see they are closed on Thursday. So based on this and the bad reviews I'm going to Al's in Burlington
Well, they lost a customer yesterday. I was fed up last year with my weed eater, so I went on to buy a proper head with string for it. I bought the new head and string for that head from them. The weed eater is not discharging the string again properly, and last fall when I bought this I remember having an issue with it. I go in to have them explain what I’m doing wrong. When the father was in charged of the business it was great. It's now run by his 2 sons. I don't know which of the 2 sons is older, but the taller of the 2 sons is very unprofessional. He charged me $150.00 for a battery for my lawnmower that lasted 6 weeks last year 2025. I phoned on several occasions but couldn't not leave a message, the mailbox was always full. No respect anymore when the father was there it was a good place to get equipment and parts I've spent thousands of dollars there on equipment over the years I went in last week to get a shear pin for snowblower he wouldn't sell me one as the snowblower wasn't purchased there unbelievable I will never buy anything there again
Do not take anything to this scam of a business. We dropped off our snowblower for a repair, We were charged an upfront cost to "diagnose the issue". We were hesitant as we already knew the issue and just needed that repaired. We paid anyway and left it with them. They would not return any phone calls for over 2 week, anytime we went to the location during posted business hours, the lights were off and the doors were locked.
