We talked with Public Safety because they have associations with organizations who offer counseling to people who have experienced traumatic events. Would give less than a 1 if it were an option. Was verbally attacked by the cashier/waitress. My friend and I waited for 30 minutes. She waited on everyone else who came in after us and completely ignored us even though we stood first in line at the counter. Will never go there again. We have frequented this place but this one older woman working ruined it for us. Reflecting on her appearance, I would not want to eat anything she prepared anyway. Bert’s is like a bit of home every time we come to Folly for a vacation. Great variety of groceries, specialty samidges, veggies, fruit & more ... and yummy sundried tomato bagels this morning on our way home to Knoxville.
Funky. Cool. Open 24/7. Wish we had a place like this back home.
