We had an weather related accident (SNOW!) AAA was not too helpful but the VA State Trooper Called Burt's for us and did a great job getting us out and safely to a hotel for the night.
Tow truck driver spotted us stranded on highway 77 in Virginia and made the right calls and rescued us We were in a rental hybrid car with no spare tire.
