We had a great experience with the technical support team at the calling centre. Ken, the technician, was incredibly helpful and quickly and accurately solved our problem.
I had a charger installed at my new building. The price is preset by the developer and Bert's for supply and install. Order the charger and they gave me a date. Came home on that date and the charger was in. Excited to see it. However, the 15 ft cord did not reach my charging port. I am next to a wall and impossible to back in with the car beside me.
