I have purchased an indoor spin bike and an outdoor bike from Berts, and both were great experiences. Their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. My spin bike is several years old, and when replacement parts are needed, they ship them right to my house. If it is something that needs to be looked at by their staff, they allow me to drop if off at my convenience and they are very prompt at looking at it and calling me back. Overall great store and staff!

I love Bert's. I bought a bike from them at the Rochester store almost 4 years ago. A great Ladies TREK 7.2 fx. I love riding it. I retired and moved to Florida and continued to enjoy it. Lately I have been having some low back issues and thought I'd have to get another bike ;-( so I could ride in a more upright position. That said, I called Bert's from Florida to ask if there was anything I could do with my TREK. He said "no problem" get me the numbers off the stem you have now and I can tell you what stem to get to achieve... read more
