I went to Berts because my Jeeps check gauges light kept coming on and the charge gauge was getting worse. They ran a diagnostic on the battery and the alternator and the tests were inconclusive. So they got my battery warranted and replaced FOR FREE!!!! They could have easily just sold me another one I wouldn't have been the wiser. I just wish that every business that I go to was this honest. It's nice to know that there are honest men out there that aren't interested in only squeezing every cent they can out of people. Bert's Automotive...What can I say... Being new to the area I found them online after much worry and doubt about finding a mechanic I could trust. Despite the one negative review online, I trusted my instincts and called. From the beginning the boys at Berts were professional and courteous. The work was done quickly (a new starter on my 99 Bonneville) and at a lesser cost than originally quoted. Joe, btw, has beautiful blue eyes and a wonderful demeanor. And I feel as though I do have to stop what we are doing and respond to a customer?s dis-pleasure and defend myself. BEWARE!! – TAKE THIS FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH BUT THEY ARE GREEDY AND IF ONE THINGS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR ANOTHER THING IS TOO BECAUSE THEY INTENTIONALLY MESSED IT UP TO GET YOU TO COME BACK. THEY PUT ME IN A VERY BAD SPOT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

Superb – I had the opportunity of having my car serviced recently at Bert's Automotive. They really have it together, from actual work done to my car to customer service. The moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and that my car would be taken care of at a reasonable price. Prior to my visit, I had not had that experience at any other auto repair business; I'd always been on edge and terrified when they called my name - but not at Bert's!
