I went to see them about an issue that I was having with my car. I spoke with a young man named Darren who treated me very respectfully which I appreciated very much. While talking to me he suggested that I might want to find out if my car was still under warranty because it still has very low mileage on it. It was going to be a very expensive repair and he was hesitant about it until I talked to someone. Top notch as always.
I had a tire that had a slow leak and was going flat. Bert's God us in the night before I had to leave to St. Louis for the weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem and correct it by the next morning so I could leave for the weekend. Their help was greatly appreciated
