My overall experience here wasn't too bad. I found that ownership was very involved and communicative with all employees. Steph and B.J. treat everyone with respect. The production manager could use some training in people skills and machine shop management. A lot of people wouldn't say it to the managers face, but he could be very overbearing and really didn't understand the industry or care about the people who worked under him. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. There is a cult like atmosphere where the owner will fire u for the smallest things. Very immature, almost like a little spoiled kid. Terrible experience.
