Terrible customer service and overcharging practices. Probably the nastiest business experience in my life. The 5 stars you see, those are people who had no issues. Mine was 5 stars too, but the moment I asked about the time I was treated like a criminal. I was threatened with credit collection and the owner refused to even have a conversation with me. Excellent service ! Very professional and friendly service ! I highly suggest this plumbing company. Today on Aug 13th, Charlie and Sterling installed my new a/c. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional and efficient. Thank you guys for providing such excellent service !
