I am a nurse practitioner and I know the good, the bad and the ugly of orthopedic surgeons in the Prescott Arizona. Dr. Kaper is the best. He has replaced both my knee and my wife's knee and we are both very happy with the results. No knee pain and full function of our knees without limitations of our ability to walk, stand or perform our daily activities. He is a master of his trade.
my first knee replacement surgery was from Mayo . Dr Kaper redid that replacement 4 yrs ago. unfortunately a young PT therapist tore the ligaments in my knee to shreds the day after that surgery and Dr Kaper had to do another surgery to fix the mess she made. It's been 4 yrs and my leg is unstable but fixable. Whatever Dr Kaper does it's like " night and day" from what i experienced at Mayo. A rare find! A wonderful experience. My fear and anxiety went away during my visit because Dr Kaper was patient with me and took all the time I needed. Explained things simply, thoroughly and was sitting down facing me the entire time. I will never hesitate to recommend him to anybody needing hip replacement. I’m so grateful I found him.
