I would not recommend this practice. I scheduled what I believed to be a routine physical, which my insurance fully covers, but later received a bill for nearly $200 due to how the visit was coded. I have unfortunately had repeated disappointing experiences with the Springville office, which I believe is affiliated with this practice. Here is the most recent. In December, I went in for blood work that was supposed to be completed prior to my annual physical appointment. When I arrived, I was informed that the blood work had never been ordered.
