Before I could pay my bill they closed their office without notice and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau
I was just told by Dr. Bertram that this office will only see me for emergencies. Dr. Bertram does not acknowledge that his staff is not efficient and makes numerous time consuming costly errors that working people cannot afford. The doctors are good at this office, but the staff is NOT. I gave them lots of time to correct their mistakes and behavior. They didn't do it. No apologies. No admissions of errors, so I am posting this. We are ALL worth more! Thank you.
