This is my second time going to Bertrams for my jewelry needs. We had my daughter’s heirloom wedding ring repaired, re-pronged and resized, we were very happy with their work, so when looking to have my wedding ring redesigned we came back to them and again they did not disappoint. They did an AMAZING job on my custom designed wedding ring. They combined my two wedding rings, an additional loose diamond and added accent diamonds to balance the ring out where needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Me and my fiancé brought in some reference photos and they were able to design a ring that had everything we wanted. I will be having all custom jewelry I need made here as long as they will have me. I have also referred everyone I know as they have wedding ring, engagement ring, and ANY jewelry needs. Worth noting that they do all their design and building work onsite and they charge such appropriate prices.
The gentleman was very helpful with getting the ring size for my fiancee.
Wonderful custom design and in house repairs sets this apart from usual jewelry stores.
Stopped in on a Saturday to get a bracelet for my wife resized. We aren’t too local to the jeweler but planned to drive back to pick it up once the work was finished. The owner said “give me 10min and I’ll have it done for you so you don’t have to drive back”. He immediately went in back and resized it perfectly. Super kind guy, went over a few different options for sizing. Very knowledgeable! Highly suggest. We will definitely be back!
