Booked appointment with Doctor. We recently moved here for England and had applied for Medicare, but had not received cards yet. Greeted by very pleasant Receptionist and she offered to look for our numbers whilst in consultation. Seen promptly at time booked. Had thorough examination by Dr Repala where we discussed recent English cricket woes. He looked at my records and the Medicare number was already there and the Receptionist confirmed my wife’s. Dr Jagan Repala was absolutely unprofessional. When I mentioned what I suspected my condition was, he rolled his eyes, grinned, and allowed himself an inappropriate comment related to my condition. The visit lasted for 10 minutes, where he never asked in detail about the symptoms or examined me properly. Looked like completely didn't care. One of the worst experiences. This service, specifically Dr Fernando, has been so lovely. He remembers our family members and their history and always takes the time to talk through concerns & recommendations. Best GP I’ve ever had.
Review: Dr. Shrimal was extremely unhelpful. Even though I was in pain and unable to walk, he was hesitant to provide a medical certificate. Instead, he told me to just take medicine and continue working. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.
Imagine loosing a pregnancy and the doctor shows no remorse, doesn’t offer you any support or suggest on ways forward but he just sits there and stare at you. You ask for any advice from a medical view as you put your trust in them but to my absolute shock, “ we dont deal with that here”. Im even in doubt that dr Repala has proper qualifications and or any people skills. If you dont like your job it’s very much respectful to choose a profession suits you best.
