I’ve been coming to see Dr Rapala for years now and most recently today. Everytime I come he is on time and is so understanding and thorough also a really nice doctor. Reading some of these reviews about him make me laugh! I guess some people are just born wingers and hard to please…Karen’s we call them thank you to Dr Rapala and the team at Bertram medical centre for always providing such a great service!
Myself and my family have seen a variety of doctors here and have always had great care. Receptionists are fantastic and always so helpful.
Dr Jagan Repala was the one to treat me today I asked him for a referral and I then went on to ask if I could start the mini-pill he went on to say it doesn't exist - for those who don't know its the progestin only pill - I asked for the mini-pill as I get severe periods he then said to use tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid as he didn't feel comfortable prescribing this pill to me I told him those acids don't help me whatsoever and he ignored me etc overall not a great experience
