This establishment has tremendous compassion and professionalism for their customers. I had a difficult experience at a different dentist that I was getting something done although Bertram Dental is my main dentist. They went out of their way to make sure everything was okay with me. This is by far the best experience I have had a dentist. Staff is very very friendly and professional. Carla, the dentist, was amazing. Very communicative and explained everything. Very prompt about appointments and I just loved my entire experience from beginning to end. Will be using again, hopefully for a long time to come!
Bertram Dental delivers phenomenal patient care! Dr. Thomas, the team of Dental Hygienists, and the office staff are kind, caring, and go the extra mile in all regards! Dr. Thomas has been my dentist for two years now, and will continue to be. I called at 2pm yesterday because of a dental emergency, and I was this morning at 9am! Absolutely love the place! My 2 Littles really enjoyed it. Kayleigh is very sweet, soft, gentle, and amazing at putting things into kid terms! My youngest loved Mr. Thirsty, and Mr. Suckystraw! This will from now on be their dentist! It is more than worth the drive to Bertram from Lampasas. Very great communication with us making appointment. If Kayleigh leaves we may just follow her! Overall AMAZING!!! GOOD JOB!!
