Do NOT go here. They did a dermal piercing on me a year ago. The stones fell out after 6 months. After spending well over 70 on replacement stones, that you can't return, none of them fit. I tried 14 and 16 guage. Finally gave up and went to a shop in Edmonton, where I live, to just get some from them, thinking I was doing it wrong. Nope, same thing. My daughter got her nose pierced here last year and it went well. So she chose this place again for her second earring holes and a cartilage piercing. Mike was super professional and the procedure was quick and relatively pain free. But what really stood out was Mike’s attention - although my daughter handled the procedure itself well, she ended up becoming faint. I had a really good experience here! I did a walk-in on the off chance there would be availability and I was lucky they had a small gap. The guy who was there- I think Mike!?- was great! Funny, engaging, kind and knowledgeable. And it was SO clean in there. I would recommend these guys any day for piercings.
I just went there today to get my nose ring put in as I got it stuck trying to do it myself at home. The worker was super nice and got in right away to help me and gave me a safe experience. I was shocked when he said that there was no charge after all that he did for me. Thank you so much and I will definitely be coming back!
