I made an appointment with Bertouch early/mid Feb for 1st April. I thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t, 6 weeks wait time. Today, 3 weeks later, he decided to cancel my appointment or postpone it until 15th April; because he has NOw decided to take two weeks holiday. I have been a patient of Dr Bertouch since 2009, after being diagnosed with RA. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but is a warm, kind and caring individual. I have felt totally “heard” at every consultation, and he has taken the time to respond clearly and helpfully to any concerns I have raised. He never rushes a patient, which means he is often running late. (I suggest you try to see him first thing, if you have work or other time-bound commitments).
