Best Auto Body Shop – I was very happy with Bertolucci's. They repaired my Toyota after I was in an accident. My Toyota turned out perfect. This is a place you can trust!
The best of the best – They did an excellent job on my Audi. I was rear ended last month and the SUV nearly totaled my car. As of today, you can’t even tell I was even in an accident. Thank you so much to the staff there; your attention to detail is greatly respected.
Great Staff! – This place is great! They just fixed my Lexus LS430. It was a 5000.00 repair, and they did it in a week. They matched the paint perfectly, and I heard from others that my paint was hard to match. The best thing about Bertolucci's, was they informed me everyday about the progress of my repairs. Will definitely recommend this body shop.
dishonest and sketchy – I took my car here after I got in a wreck in the downtown area. They were lazy about returning calls about the status of my car and only did so after me calling them 2-3 times. When I went in to get stuff out of my car, a $300 ipod had been stolen from inside. They told me they had no way of knowing if I was even telling the truth about it and there was nothing they could or would do. Best body shop in Nothern California – My 2005 Suburban was rear-ended in Sept. My Insurance Co told me to go to one of their body shops.... good thing I didn't! I took my car to Bertolucci's, the staff treated me with great care. My Suburban looks awesome! I thank Bertolucci's for all of their hard work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop.
Costs more for poor work! – I brought my Lexus to Bertolucci's to have damage from being rear-ended repaired. In my opinion the work they initially performed was not high quality, and showed poor attention to detail. They did do better on the second and third attempts, but not good enough. They consistantly treated me like I was unreasonable for expecting them to do the quality work that they claim they do. I would discourage anyone from using this repair shop.
