Curbside garbage pick up review: Poor. In mid April I completed an online form to set up an appointment for pick up and waited. During this time I only received an automated email response. After a week I called their office (after waiting 15 min. on the phone someone answered). I was told to resubmit my request for pickup since she didn't see I submitted one and someone in the office would respond to schedule a date. They keep forgetting to pick up my trash, I have to call and remind them. Why am I paying for a service that I have to remind you to do? Edit: 6 times this year I’ve had to call and remind them, this will be the 7th time I’ve had to call for them to pick the bin up.
