I had the worst customer service ever today . I waited an hour for them to help me . When I got there they were discussing my business and situation with the whole staff which I find very unprofessional. I walked out for a minute come back to them telling each other the reason I was there .
I live in a duplex, on the garage is put out every Monday night for Tuesday pickup. For some reason the bertolotti disposable company, bypasses are duplex all the time I've called numerous times and still the garbage sits out there full. So my landlord had me call I spoke to Vanessa and a few other women there and still no response and steal my garbage sits in the alley along with all the other three tenants and our garbage is being full.
