Customers should know that as long as someone knows your address they can use it to schedule a bulky item pickup right in front of your home. They don't even have to be on the account. Which also means that if they schedule it and don't use it.. You've just lost one of your two yearly bulky item pick ups. my bill was only 2months and it was paid over the weekend the driver came in on monday to pick up the garbage , i had to run to talk to him to show him the confirmation of the bill paid , the driver said he will come back in few and he never came back, so i called customer service spoke with angelica , she had a very bad customer service i can't even Imagin who recruit such person in such department, I would give zero star for the customer service rep i spoke with angelica on 26th of May, i live in a big community and garbag... read more

If I could- I’d give NEGATIVE STARS! This company hands down has the WORST “customer service I’ve ever received. The so-called customer serve agents are condescending, rude, and flat out called me a liar multiple times.
