Not sure why they have to be sarcastic when I ask about free pick up. They say it will get picked up eventually or you can take it to the land fill yourself

Horrible customer service. Called because the trash was not picked up on Monday. I called and spoke with a lady and was told she's going to call the driver to come back later that same day to pick up the trash and was told it's handled have a great day. Today is Wednesday and the trash is not picked up yet. I called and was help by a lady was told the notes said the call was disconnected and thats why they didn't pick up the trash on Monday and put of courtesy (my one courtesy a year) they will pick it up tomorrow.
