Very disappointed with the customer service at Bertolotti Disposal. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, a representative named Lisa answered my call and hung up on me while I was explaining the issue without saying a word. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. when asking for a bulk pickupThey say to wait for them to contact you, but they won't. You'll have to follow up multiple times.The woman on the phone will have an attitude with you.

This company is TERRIBLE!! Find someone else to go through. I paid my bill but they still didn’t pick up trash I called them and they said they “locked” my account because I forgot to pay previously but It was my job to call them to LET THEM KNOW I paid my bill so now I have to wait another week to get my trashed pick up.
