This company is TERRIBLE!! Find someone else to go through. I paid my bill but they still didn’t pick up trash I called them and they said they “locked” my account because I forgot to pay previously but It was my job to call them to LET THEM KNOW I paid my bill so now I have to wait another week to get my trashed pick up.
The last straw, they haven't picked up the garbage 2 days late, gave them the address and then started asking questions that are totally unnecessary. when I said all I need is for you to do your job they hung up on me. 1 more incident like this I'll be knocking on the owners door or dropping my garbage at his house. Never knew him to be like that but its inexcusable. I cut trees for the guy for over 20 years. They need some good help not snooty women. second time is not a charm.
The driver who does our neighborhood always smiles and waves to my kids. It means so much to my son when they take the time to acknowledge him when he is excitedly watching and waving to them. He loves watching the truck pick up the cans and dump them. (Bertolotti crew, check out Danny Go's song, I think its called Give Me That Garbage. Think that energy in an autistic 4 year old boy. He loves you folks and what you do. Thank you all so much.)
The rudest and worst customer service ,and they’ll give you attitude even if they were wrong or made the mistake .Requesting to talk to a supervisor is a joke they don’t care.
Not sure why they have to be sarcastic when I ask about free pick up. They say it will get picked up eventually or you can take it to the land fill yourself
