They are over price and horrible customer service This a monopoly not a real business Because in any other business I can call some one else for services but with this company you don’t have a choice is a real monopoly and it should be against the law

I have a business on 7th St. in Modesto Ca. We signed up with this company a couple of months ago and so far we are not pleased with the service. We have a narrow driveway and each week have to pull our trash bin out onto the driveway, so the driver can access the BIN. This bin blocks my driveway for customers but there is no other access point, so it has to remain there until picked up. FYI when asking for a bulk pickup: -They say to wait for them to contact you, but they won't. You'll have to follow up multiple times. -The woman on the phone will have an attitude with you. -The collector may crush your can before picking up the load.
