A logistics company that you cannot reach anyone on the office line.
This company certainly does not go out of their way to make things easy for processing. Many examples of needless wasted time going back-and-forth. By far the worst logistics company I have worked with out of many. unfortunately, this is the preferred freight forwarder for my customer. Otherwise I would go elsewhere.
