I have always had great experiences with the repairs the level of professionalism, courtesy given by every employee and The Owner. I would recommend Bertini's to all friends and family with European Cars.

They do good work no complaints there they did an estimate on my car which I agreed to.....but i guess since this is an expensive vehicle to fix i was expecting a little more courtesy....such as washing the car...my door frame was off which only takes 5min to put on but they wanted to charge $100..nevermind...just the little things that other repair shops do without hesitation.

I was very disappointed with the second service. They fixed a coil and told me two others that were faulty. I was told the numbers of the two faulty coils over the phone. But when I went in I was given a quote to replace the five remaining coils and the wouldn't tell me which two coils were faulty. The second service was increased $114 and I was not told about the increase until I was there to pick up the car. They replaced a headlight that went out again the next day.
