If I could put zero stars I would. Two months to get us a quote. When following up with two of their employees Shan-Pei and Mikki we received no responses until we became frustrated and sent threatening messages. We received "we are slammed" they are "on the field" --- I have news for you Bertin Engineering - we are all slammed right now in this industry - it's basic courtesy for you to reply to phone calls, e-mails, etc. and to MANAGE YOUR CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS PROPERLY.
